What is InMail?

InMail is the two-way messaging inside each party's Properlex portal. Tenants, vendors and partners read your notices and reply in their own workspace, and every conversation is kept against the property.

Can tenants reply to an SMS?

Yes. Replies come back into the Properlex inbox as a conversation, and your team can answer them by SMS from the same thread.

Is email charged separately?

No. Email is included in every plan. SMS is billed per message, so you only pay for the texts you send.

Can I reuse messages I send often?

Yes. Save a message as a template with its channels and audience, then start a new broadcast from it in a couple of clicks.
