James Rohloff founded Properlex after seeing first-hand how much time property teams spent maintaining tenant contact details by hand, how hard it was to find a single source of truth, and how difficult it was to message tenants in bulk during an emergency.
He spent nearly half a decade at a leading company in New Zealand's property management industry, where those problems were part of every day.
