## Frequently asked questions

### What is the difference between NPS and CSAT?

NPS asks how likely someone is to recommend you, on a scale of 0 to 10, and reports promoters minus detractors. CSAT asks how satisfied someone is with your service, on a scale of 1 to 5, and reports the share who are satisfied.

### Are survey responses anonymous?

Yes. Properlex stores each response with the party and tenant type for reporting, but with no link to the person who gave it.

### Who can send surveys?

Team members whose role includes survey permissions. Senders can send surveys without editing them.
