Properlex lets you publish the contacts people need at each property, such as the building manager, the after-hours line and security, and choose whether tenants, vendors or partners can see each one. They appear in each party's portal, so nobody has to ask who to call.

## How it works

1. **Add the contacts for a property.** Name, position, phone and email for the people who look after the building.
2. **Choose who sees each one.** Share the after-hours line with tenants and vendors, and the facilities manager with contractors only.
